Pain au Chocolat
Flaky and light croissant pastry filled with rich chocolate, to be eaten as is.

SPECIALTY PASTRIES
Fresh danishes with flaky golden puff pastry and a variety of fillings.
Mixed Berry Danish
Decadent and sweet, this danish uses fresh berries and the finest handmade pastry.
Ingredients: Fruit fillings (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries; pineapple and coconut or raisins) bread improver, butter, caster sugar, yeast, egg, milk, salt, clear gel, flour.
Mango Passionfruit Danish
This delicious new danish tastes like summer; moorish and light, but perfectly sweet - just the way this season should be.
Ingredients: Danish pastry, cream pat, mango, passionfruit, coconut.
CUPCAKES
Mini soft, moist vanilla sponge cupcakes, iced with a selection of blue and white icing and topped with a selection of lollies. Goes great with a baby-chino.

A handmade shortbread tart shell filled with our smooth lemon and passionfruit curd; the perfect summertime treat with its super fruity flavour.
Ingredients: Butter, egg, sugar, passionfruit pulp, lemon juice, egg white, flour, freeze dried raspberries, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, gelling agent ((E406), pectin (E440)), acid (citric acid (E330)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

Our lemon curd tart topped with Italian meringue and sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberries.

A dense orange and coconut flavoured cake, glazed with white chocolate and topped with toasted coconut flakes.
