Pastry Chef & Pastry assistant Fulltime / Casual
Pastry chef and Pastry hands/assistant needed for a busy wholesale bakery in Marrickville.5 minutes walk from Sydenham station. We are incredibly busy and are looking for team members to add value to our already well-established friendly teams.
All positions are casual to start, but we have 1 full-time position available going forward plus 2 casual positions. Must be physically fit.
Pastry Chef- Croissant section-Experienced in hand rolling croissants and laminating / sheeter dough work. Mixing experience is an added bonus. Morning shifts 7am to 3pm( Monday to Friday)
Pastry Hand x 2- Proving and baking large volumes of Croissants and Danish, baking cookies, muffins, custard tarts, etc 12pm to 8pm shifts.
Immediate start. No cash in hand, must have working rights
