SOURDOUGH RANGE

Flour, water, salt & time. It sounds so simple, but at Luxe Bakery it’s an art. We love creating the perfect sourdough and have eight truly delicious varieties in our artisan bakery range.

 
 

WHITE

Handmade sourdough featuring a fine crumb structure, classic sourdough crust & flavours.

Ingredients: Certified sustainable wheat flour, salt, malt, water.

Variations: Batard 1.7Kg (yields approx 22 slices), Batard 1.3Kg (yields approx 20 slices), Batard 800g (retail loaf), Cobb 650g

 
 

LIGHT WHITE

A lighter sourdough; our baguettes & dinner rolls are individually hand rolled and soft on the inside with a crunchy crust.

Ingredients: Certified sustainable wheat flour, salt, malt, water.

Variations: Baguette 450g, Dinner Roll 70g

 
 

SOY AND LINSEED

Our traditional handmade white sourdough with an abundance of whole soybeans and linseed that gives this loaf great texture and crunch.

Ingredients: Certified sustainable wheat flour, soy-beans, linseed, salt, malt, water.

LIGHT RYE

Using a blend of rye flour and wheat flour our rye sourdough is delicately light in colour, but not lacking in flavour.

Ingredients: Rye flour, certified sustainable wheat flour, salt, malt, natural leaven, water.

Variations: Batard 1.7Kg (yields approx. 22 slices), Tin Loaf 1.4Kg (yields approx. 18 slices), Batard 1.2Kg (yields approx. 20 slices), Batard 800g (retail loaf)

 
 

FIG & RAISIN

We go the extra mile and soak our raisins overnight to ensure this is the most decadent and delicious fig & raisin around.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, water, fig, raisin (vegetable oil; may contain traces of sulphur dioxide), sultana (vegetable oil; cotton seed), semolina, salt, malt flour.

MICHE

A blend of three flours; white, rye and wholemeal gives our Miche loaf a beautiful texture - which makes it a great alternative for those seeking a darker sourdough.

Ingredients: Certified sustainable wheat flour, fig, raisins, currants, salt, malt, water.

MULTIGRAIN

Our traditional handmade white sourdough with an abundance of seeds and lentils that gives this loaf great texture, flavour and crunch. Perfect toasted with a hearty soup.

Ingredients: Certified sustainable wheat flour, Salt, Malt Flour, Water, Semolina, Celery Seed, Red Lentil, Green Lentil, Linseed, Pepitas, Sunflower Kernels, Mung Bean Dahl, Nigella Seed, Sesame Seed
